Drew recently participated in his school's annual Patriotic Concert. He had the opening line for his class, "This is America and We are Americans!" I am trying to upload a video of it, without much luck!

He was recently evaluated for his school's gifted program, he was extremely nervous. Up until 4th grade you can participate by teacher referral. However, in 4th grade you have to have the test scores. He qualified in language arts, math, science, and social studies. He also got the teacher he really wanted. She writes several grants and the kids go on several field trips throughout the year. He already has his first homework assignment! I think he will really enjoy 4th grade.
